Pay & Emoluments for Category 2 – (Position Codes CPCL03, CPCL07 & CPCL10)
(ii) Besides the Basic Pay, selected candidates will receive benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) / Self-Lease, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Leave Travel Concession (LTC) / Leave Fare Assistance (LFA), reimbursement of medical expenses, superannuation benefits, etc., following the Corporation's regulations.
Pay & Emoluments for Positions with Codes CPCL01, CPCL04, CPCL05, CPCL08, CPCL11 & CPCL15: Candidates selected for these positions, subject to medical fitness, will receive a gross monthly stipend of Rs. 44,000/- (Forty-Four Thousand Rupees only). Applicable deductions, including Employee Provident Fund, will be as per statutory regulations. Upon successful completion of training and meeting job suitability criteria, they will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 25,000-1,05,000 with a basic pay of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees only) in Grade IV in the Non-Supervisory cadre.

The upper age limit for positions with codes CPCL03, CPCL07, and CPCL10 is 30 years, while for all other positions, it is 26 years. Additionally, there are relaxations in the upper age limit: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWDs and 13 years for OBC PWDs), and as per Government of India rules for Ex-Servicemen.
