A10 Networks seeking an experienced and flexible payroll clerk to join an existing team in Chennai, this role reports into the Senior Global Payroll Manager who is based in the US.
Previous payroll experience desired for US, EMEA and APAC payroll.
Advanced Excel experience is a must.
Energetic with a good attitude and willingness to learn new skills and new software.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Time Stamp; Attendance.
Ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced environment.
Clerk Jobs Eligibility Details:
Responsibility for this Accounts Jobs 2021
Compile data primarily for the US and support as required for EMEA and APAC.
Calculate retro pay for pay increases and new hires.
Create and upload batches into payroll system.
Calculate and pay terminations per state law/Country Law as applicable.
Liaise and communicate with payroll 3rd parties to ensure efficient and timely processes are completed for the payrolls.
Enter employee changes.
Determine pay owed for hours worked and PTO for LOA (US only as applicable).
Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data.
Resolving issues employees have with payslips and other payroll matters.
