1. MT - Technical (Mechanical / Mining / Electrical / Chemical & Mineral Dept):
- B.E./B,Tech or its equivalent in relevant dept.
- Disciplines : Mechanical Engineering / Mining / Electrical / Chemical / and Mineral.
2. MT- HR:
- Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree (MBA/MSW)/ Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Organizational Development/ Human Resource Development/ Labour Welfare or its equivalent.
- Desirable: Law degree.
3. MT- Finance:
-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CMA) OR B,Com and MBA (Fin) or its equivalent.

Salary for govt jobs:
During the Management Trainee period, you will receive Rs. 57,000/- per month as a stipend. Upon completing the training period, you will be designated as Assistant Managers in the E-1 grade with a pay of Rs. 40,000- 140,000/- with a basic salary of Rs. 40,000/-. The approx CTC 13.25 lakhs per annum, plus bonus, and benifits.
Selection Process
Written Examination and a Personal Interview. The written examination will be held in various cities across India.
