Senior Manager (Human Resources & Administration): Requires a two-year Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management), or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/HR Management). Additionally, a minimum of 9 years of executive experience in Personnel/HR/Welfare/IR functions in a manufacturing unit/PSU is needed. Preferably, candidates should have a Degree in Law.
Deputy Manager (Human Resources & Administration): Needs a two-year Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management), or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/HR Management). Candidates should also have at least 6 years of executive experience in Personnel/HR/Welfare/IR functions in a manufacturing unit/PSU.
Senior Manager (Corporate Communications): Requires a two-year Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or Journalism along with a minimum of 9 years of executive experience in Public Relations, Advertising, or Media.
Deputy Manager (Corporate Communications): Needs a two-year Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or Journalism and at least 6 years of executive experience in Public Relations, Advertising, or Media.
Assistant Manager (Research & Development): Requires an M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 3 years of executive experience in Research & Development. A PhD in the relevant area is desirable.
Assistant Manager (Industrial Engineering): Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering with a two-year Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of executive experience in Industrial Engineering.
Technician (Process): Requires a B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or a Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology) and 2 years of experience in the operation/Analytical field/Quality Control/Chemical Control/Process Control/R&D in a large Fertilizer/Chemical/Petrochemical Plant. Candidates with one to two years of experience may also be considered. SC/ST candidates without experience may be considered for reserved posts.
